Kalau minum susu sebelum tidur dapat meningkatkan berat badan ga&#039;...?  soalnya disaat tidur kita tidak melakukan aktifitas sehinga penyerapan nutrisi bekerja lebih efektif.........

Tergantung kadar lemak pd susu tsb. Kalo kadar lemaknya tinggi (full cream) &amp; tidak diimbangi dg aktivitas fisik, maka memang dpt meningkatkan BB. Tapi kmu gak perlu khawatir Utary, krn pd HiLo Teen kan Low Fat (rendah lemak)... So, mencegah dr kegemukkan.
Terus dikonsumsi HiLo Teen nya ya... :D

Kalo diliat dr TB kmu, idealnya 49-50kg Bee.
Biar lebih optimal lagi pertumbuhan tulang kmu, sebaik&#039;y diimbangi dengan olahraga yg rutin. Kmu bisa lakukan olahraga yg dpt menunjang pertumbuhan tulang, contohnya: renang, basket, lompat tali (skipping), dll. Dan mengatur pola makan, n konsumsi HiLo Teen nya yg rutin ya Bee...^^
Ada 1 hal nih Bee yg perlu kamu tau juga, kalo pertumbuhan tulang itu gak bs terjadi scr cepat yaa... semuanya itu butuh proses&amp;waktu utk mewujudkannya.
